After that, poles are machined to the measures prescribed by the standard SRPS D.B2.020 and the specific standards of power supply industry GSE 41\/81 i GSE 55\/86. Those which do not satisfy the criteria are rejected. Treated wooden poles are stored on a vast, flat, firm, asphalt-covered yard in order to enable proper and slow drying and prevent the occurrence of any wood deformations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Impregnation of Poles<\/strong><br style=\"color: #404040;\" \/><br style=\"color: #404040;\" \/><span style=\"color: #404040;\">Poles are impregnated with creosote oil and CB preservatives, depending on end user\u2019s requirements. Impregnation with creosote oil WEI type C (EN 13991 quality C), produced by R\u00dcTGERS, Germany is carried out according to the standards SRPS D.T4.022 and DIN 68811.<\/span><br style=\"color: #404040;\" \/><br style=\"color: #404040;\" \/><span style=\"color: #404040;\">Daily impregnation records are kept, where all relevant data and values defined by the standard are entered. The impregnation process is controlled and registered by a registering device. In addition, batch number, date, quantity and signature of authorized controlling person are entered into a graph.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/en.pegumba.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/wooden_2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-261\" src=\"http:\/\/en.pegumba.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/wooden_2-300x139.jpg\" alt=\"wooden_2\" width=\"300\" height=\"139\" srcset=\"http:\/\/en.pegumba.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/wooden_2-300x139.jpg 300w, http:\/\/en.pegumba.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/wooden_2.jpg 520w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #404040;\">After the completed impregnation process, test specimen are drilled out to determine the penetration depth of impregnating agent. Poles are weighed after impregnation, and the difference in weight shows the exact amount of oil absorption per batch, so we obtain the average weight per m\u00b3. Each impregnated pole is marked with nails with imprinted pole length, producer\u2019s logo and the year of impregnation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/en.pegumba.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/wooden_3.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-262\" src=\"http:\/\/en.pegumba.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/wooden_3.gif\" alt=\"wooden_3\" width=\"200\" height=\"172\" \/><\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/en.pegumba.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/wooden_4.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-263\" src=\"http:\/\/en.pegumba.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/wooden_4.gif\" alt=\"wooden_4\" width=\"200\" height=\"172\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #404040;\">Impregnation with CB preservatives is carried out according to the strandard SRPS D.T4.025. The impregnating agent (salt mixture) has been tested by authorized certifying bodies, and we possess the certificates and technical instructions issued by them. Before the impregnation process, we determine the concentration of solution which will be used, depening on the type of wood, dimensions and the process.<\/span><span style=\"color: #404040;\">The process is controlled by means of daily impregnation records and graph, which are signed by authorized person on completion of the impregnation process. They are produced from winter-felled pine and black pine, spruce, fir, larch, chestnut, oak and black locust logs. Before impregnation, the quality control of sleepers is performed on the planing machine in order to check fulfillment of the required standards. In this phase, the degree of dryness is also determined.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/en.pegumba.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/wooden_7.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-266\" src=\"http:\/\/en.pegumba.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/wooden_7.jpg\" alt=\"wooden_7\" width=\"200\" height=\"99\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><b style=\"color: #404040;\">Impregnation Process<\/b><br style=\"color: #404040;\" \/><br style=\"color: #404040;\" \/><span style=\"color: #404040;\">Impregnation is carried out with creosote oil WEI type C (EN 13991 quality C), produced by R\u00dcTGERS Basic Aromatics GmbH, Germany. We use single, double and improved double R\u00fcping method. The impregnation of beech sleepers is carried out according to the following standards: SRPS D.T4.062 and SRPS D.T4.063 and DIN 68811, and for oak sleepers: SRPS D. T4.061.<\/span><br style=\"color: #404040;\" \/><br style=\"color: #404040;\" \/><span style=\"color: #404040;\">The sleepers which are ready for impregnation are stacked on wagons, which are weighed and the exact amount of oil absorption per sleeper is calculated based on the volumetric mass before and after impregnation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/en.pegumba.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/wooden_8.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-267\" src=\"http:\/\/en.pegumba.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/wooden_8.jpg\" alt=\"wooden_8\" width=\"200\" height=\"133\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #404040;\">Impregnation records are kept, where all relevant data defined by the standard are entered. This process, which is carried out in autoclaves, increases wood strength and resistance to water, moisture, heat and chemicals. Before impregnation, wood is stacked and dried for 6 to 8 months in order to maximally reduce the percentage of moisture before chemical protection.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/en.pegumba.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/wooden_11.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-270\" src=\"http:\/\/en.pegumba.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/wooden_11-300x193.jpg\" alt=\"wooden_11\" width=\"300\" height=\"193\" srcset=\"http:\/\/en.pegumba.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/wooden_11-300x193.jpg 300w, http:\/\/en.pegumba.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/wooden_11.jpg 520w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>A special importance is given to ecological aspect of the production. Impregnation is carried out with eco-friendly agents of the last generation (creosote oil WEI type C, which is imported from Germany, and inorganic salt solutions).
